Nikole Allen currently directs the CT Public Health Workforce Initiative with the Yale School of Public Health and is a lecturer for Health Policy and Management. She led the Yale-Liberia Health Workforce projects, managing their design and evaluation. Ms. Allen has managed and developed leadership training for the NHS in England, public hospitals in China, and led programs under USAID's leadership projects in Africa and Asia. Prior to Yale, she served in the US Peace Corps in Ethiopia and worked on the Ethiopian Hospital Management initiative with the Clinton Health Access Initiative. She earned a B.A. from Western Oregon University and an M.P.H. from the University of Washington.
