Katie Wagoner, MPH, MCHES is a Teaching Professor, Undergraduate Preceptorship Director and MPH Applied Practice Expereince Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse in the Public Health and Community Health Education Department. Currently, she teaches a senior level professional development and leadership course and 200-level health education foundations courses. Katie presently serves as the Vice President for National Eta Sigma Gamma (ESG) and a faculty advisor for the ESG chapter at UW-La Crosse. Prior to working in academia, Katie worked in community-based hospital and health department settings with diverse needs around nutrition and weight management, maternal and child health, worksite wellness, health and wellness coaching and program planning, and project management.
