Isabella Osorio Cuellar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Public Administration and Management and is currently pursuing her Master of Public Administration at Rutgers University. She serves as a Public Health Representative with the New Jersey Department of Health in the Office of Tobacco Control and Prevention, where she leads statewide tobacco control initiatives. As the Tobacco Age of Sale Enforcement (TASE) Coordinator, Isabella oversees enforcement of the Tobacco 21 law, ensuring retailer compliance with youth sales restrictions. In addition, she acts as Program Management Officer for tobacco grantees, driving grant compliance and supporting cessation and education goals. Through her leadership in policy development, regulation, enforcement, and community outreach, Isabella shapes strategic planning and evidence-based prevention programs that strengthen tobacco control, reduce tobacco use, and advance public health protections across New Jersey.
