Amy Faus, MPH, MCHES®, CPH, is Health Promotion Manager at Bergen’s Promise Behavioral Health Home, the first pediatric BHH in the U.S. to use the Wraparound Model of Care. She leads health education initiatives that integrate physical and behavioral health, guiding award-winning programs recognized by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing. Amy has published and presented nationally on health literacy, integrated care, and caregiver support, advancing the role of health education specialists in promoting whole-person wellness. Amy also serves as the Chapter Delegate for NJSOPHE.
