Dr. Rose teaches public health and medical students, develops university training programs, and leads faculty workshops worldwide. Her professional passion lies at the intersection of education and health, working with others to enhance their skills and lead their communities to improved health outcomes. At Vanderbilt University, she is the Director of the Global Health track in the Master of Public Health Program and teaches global health rotation and research courses for medical students. Internationally, she leads teams to develop masters and PhD programs and conducts faculty development workshops on pedagogy, mentorship, and leadership, primarily in Mozambique, Nigeria, and Zambia.
