Abigail Mosenthin, DrPH, MPH, CIC is a Public Health Educator with the Otsego County Department of Health, where she has served for three years. She earned her DrPH at Capella University in 2025 and MPH from Southern New Hampshire University in 2020. Abigail’s work focuses on food insecurity, harm reduction, and community education.
