Lori Oetken, RN, has over 22 years’ experience as a public health nurse at Siouxland District Health Department in Sioux City, IA, as well as 15 years’ experience in hospital-based nursing. She’s a part of the STI program within the Division of Family and Community Health and regularly provides technical assistance to community partners regarding various STI topics, along with providing STI exams and education to over 300 clients per year.
