Hope Corbin, MPhil, PhD, is a professor at Western Washington University whose work fosters global collaboration for health equity. She earned her PhD in Norway and created the Bergen Model of Collaborative Functioning, a framework used in diverse health promotion research and by USAID to evaluate international partnerships. Prof. Corbin has served as a senior consultant to the World Health Organization’s well-being unit and is the Immediate Past VP for the IUHPE North American Region. She also worked as an Associate Editor of Health Promotion International for over a decade. She is dedicated to building mentorship networks that connect local health promotion efforts with a global impact.
