Ethan Greenblatt, MCHES, CPH is a Health Education Supervisor at the St. Louis County Department of Public Health in St. Louis, Missouri. Ethan oversaw the COVID-19 Response during the pandemic and continues to supervise a team of community health educators focused on the prevention of COVID-19, MPOX, and sexually transmitted infections through community outreach, education, and engagement. Passionate about developing the next public health workforce, promoting health equity, and enhancing community well-being, Ethan contributes nationally as a member of NACCHO’s Leadership & Workforce Development Workgroup and as a member of the sixth cohort of ASTHO’s Developing Executive Leaders in Public Health (DELPH) program. He is also actively involved with the SOPHE, serving as Co-Chair of the Membership Committee, a member of the Annual Conference Planning Committee, and as Evaluation and Learning Chair for his local chapter, SOPHE Midwest. Ethan is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Promotion & Policy at the University of Missouri–Columbia and is expected to graduate in December 2026.
