American Academy of Pediatrics

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) is a non-profit, professional membership association representing more than 67,000 primary care pediatricians, pediatric medical subspecialists, pediatric surgical specialists, and trainees. The mission of AAP is to attain optimal physical, mental, and social health and well-being for all infants, children, adolescents, and youth adults. AAP seeks to promote school health by providing resources, tools, and guidance on physical, mental, and social well-being in the school setting.
