The OHSU-PSU School of Public Health (SPH) trains graduates to enter the public health workforce with the knowledge and skills needed to promote health, prevent illness, and advance health equity in Oregon and beyond. Our unique joint school spans OHSU and PSU, facilitating our ability to provide curricular training experiences across 15 programs at three different degree levels (BS/BA, MPH/MS, PhD) with focus areas including Epidemiology, Public Health Practice, Biostatistics, Health Systems Management and Policy, Health Promotion, and Environmental Health Sciences. In the Summer 2025, were excited to be celebrating our 10th year anniversary as the only CEPH accredited School of Public Health in Oregon. The US News and World Report recently ranked us #22 (up from 29) among 200+ accredited U.S. Schools of Public Health placing us in the top 15% of schools nationally. This national recognition affirms that our school is experiencing tremendous growth and change, extending from the past decade of innovation, collaboration, and demonstrated commitment to advancing health equity and building the public health workforce in Oregon.
