Johanna Cano is a Public Information Officer with Buncombe County Government located in Asheville, North Carolina. During her time with Buncombe County Government, she has helped with emergency communications and recovery updates after Tropical Storm Helene and currently works on the County's response and outreach regarding measles. Through an innovative partnership with regional and state HHS partners, Johanna works with the WNC Health Communicators Collaborative and Arclet, a new platform for health communicators.
