Kyle R. Williams is a lifelong educator and social justice advocate with over 25 years of experience working in colleges, universities, K-12 schools, corporations, and organizations. As the creator and Chief Empowerment Officer of A Long Talk About The Uncomfortable Truth, he has led discussions with more than 25,000 participants across hundreds of institutions, including educators, administrators, business leaders, students, and coaches. Through A Long Talk, he facilitates critical conversations on race, history, and accountability, equipping individuals and organizations with tools to drive meaningful change.
Kyle spent 17 years at Community Academy Public Charter School in Washington, D.C., where he served as both a teacher and principal. During his 17-year tenure, he implemented programs that improved student outcomes and fostered inclusive school environments. His experience in educational leadership shaped his commitment to creating spaces where honest dialogue leads to action.
