Chloe Azurin is a Program Coordinator with the Community Health Scholars Program at the UC Davis School of Medicine. She previously served as a Program Assistant at Everyday Impact Consulting, where she supported statewide and community-based initiatives through program coordination, stakeholder engagement, event planning, and communications strategy across multiple public and nonprofit partnerships.
Chloe’s work centers on advancing health equity by strengthening connections between communities, education systems, and public health initiatives. As a 1.5-generation Filipina and the first in her family to attend college in the United States, she brings a deep commitment to uplifting community voices and supporting programs that expand opportunity and wellbeing.
She earned her degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Davis, where she focused on sociocultural perspectives and community-centered approaches to social change.
