Alejandra Moreno Arreola, MPH, CHES, is a Program Coordinator with the School of Public Health at Texas A&M University. She earned her Master of Public Health in Health Promotion and Community Health Sciences from Texas A&M. Alejandra’s work centers on promoting mental well-being and holistic wellness among college populations. Formerly a Graduate Assistant, she now mentors Graduate Assistants, practicum students, and undergraduates—using Motivational Interviewing to help emerging public health professionals develop confidence, purpose, and leadership skills.
