Rishikesh Sankaran is a rising high school junior in Raleigh, NC, passionate about emergency medicine and AI education. He is a certified member of the Town of Apex Community Emergency Response Team and a certified American Red Cross Lifegaurd. Additionally, Rishikesh leads a high-school student run volunteer EMS team, Falcon Medical Rescue Team, and provides emergency medical coverage at large events in the RTP Area. Rishikesh is the founder of FutureLeadAI, a non-profit with a goal to inspire and empower youth to proactively engage in shaping the ethical development of AI through interactive workshops and programs. He has also coauthored a research paper on a specialized curriculum that he developed to teach AI and ethics to young student which was presented at the UNU Macau AI Conference. He understands the importance of first aid knowledge, and is committed to ensuring his peers are prepared with lifesaving skills.
