Jasmin Navarrete serves as the lead data project coordinator for the AltaMed Community Organizing and Research Engagement (CORE) team. She has experience designing and managing data used for program improvement and evaluation. She collaborates closely with community members, actively involving them in collecting, interpreting, and utilizing data to inform local initiatives and focuses on empowering communities to leverage their lived experiences and expertise in data-driven decision-making. Ms. Navarrete is committed to building the infrastructure of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to authentically engage community as decision makers in community health initiatives and strives to ensure that data is both a tool for measurement and a catalyst for informed, community-led change.
