Austin Tsao has a B.S. in Public Health and is currently earning his Master of Public Health from Texas State University. They currently serve as a Graduate Instructional Assistant and are actively involved in public health research and program evaluation focused on campus and community-based interventions. Austin’s work emphasizes the application of health behavior theory, data-informed planning, and evaluation methods to assess program reach, implementation, and impact. At the SOPHE conference, Austin is presenting the poster "Mobilizing Campus Resources to Promote Student Well-Being: The Bobcat Well-Being and Resource Fair", which examines a coordinated, campus-wide approach to promoting student well-being through resource mobilization and health education. Austin is committed to advancing evidence-based public health practice and translating research findings into scalable, equitable interventions.
