Dr. Renee Buster is an Associate Clinical Professor in the School of Health Promotion and Kinesiology at Texas Woman’s University. With more than 15 years of experience in higher education, her research and teaching center on behavioral health literacy, maternal and child health, and the integration of digital health tools to advance equity and access. Dr. Buster has published and presented on topics ranging from maternal health literacy and digital innovations to social determinants of health and culturally responsive health education. Her current projects include examining the role of mHealth applications in health decision-making, and co-leading a community-based participatory research initiative addressing youth behavioral health through artificial intelligence (AI).
