Dr. Katherine A. Fiegel is an Associate Professor of Community and Public Health Education and Nutrition in the Department of Biological and Health Sciences at Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania. She is a registered dietitian and registered nurse with an MPH and PhD in Public Health (Health Promotion, Education, and Behavior). Her teaching interests include health promotion, health equity, social justice, advocacy, and nutrition. Kate’s research interests include the application of behavioral and public health theories and frameworks to understand health-risk behaviors and improve health outcomes
