Chera Sevcik, M.S., is Executive Director and Community Health Services Administrator for Human Services of Faribault & Martin Counties. With over 16 years of experience in rural public health, she leads a multi-county integrated health and human services agency in Southern Minnesota. Chera is a leader in workforce development, systems innovation, and academic-practice partnerships. She helped launch the Collaborative for Rural Public Health Innovation (CRPHI) and has presented nationally on health equity, rural systems, and public health transformation.
