Dr. Bliss is a Professor and Master of Public Health Program Director in the Department of Health and Human Performance at Austin Peay State University, where she teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses and has led her program through the curriculum mapping process. She earned her CHES® certification in 2010 and her MCHES® certification in 2019, and has been a member of the NCHEC Board of Commissioners, Division Board for Professional Preparation and Practice, and Marketing Committee.
