Rachel Greenberg, LMSW, is a recognized public health leader (Temple University 30 Under 30 Alumna) and the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Program Development at Our Minds Matter (OMM). Leveraging her background in clinical social work, Rachel grounds her macro-level work in health equity, driving innovative strategies to address the public health crisis of teen suicide. She specializes in piloting and scaling programs, including the launch of OMM's middle school program and Teen Advisory Council. Rachel ensures OMM’s life-saving mental health programming is of the highest quality and reaches underserved teens through impactful, engaging school-based initiatives. Rachel is also passionate about political advocacy and empowering the next generation of mental health and public health leaders.
