Dr. Whitney Garney is an Associate Professor in the Texas A&M School of Public Health, Department of Health Behavior. She is also the Director for the Center for Community Health and Aging and the Research Director for the Texas A&M Telehealth Institute. Her research focuses on systems science and health care access, as well as community-based public health programming and evaluation.
