Dr. Elisa Beth McNeill, PhD, CHES™, is an Instructional Professor in the Department of Health Behavior at Texas A&M University. With over 38 years of teaching experience, she has worked with college-aged health majors and at-risk youth. She holds a PhD in Health Education and a Principal’s Certificate from TAMU. A Fellow of the American School Health Association and Eta Sigma Gamma, Beth is known for innovative instruction in human sexuality, school health pedagogy, and advocacy. She co-authored Health Education: Creating Strategies for School and Community Health and has served six terms in the Faculty Senate, most recently as Caucus Leader for the School of Public Health.
