Detailed abstract description: Developing and sustaining the next generation of health education and public health professionals requires intentional strategies for mentoring, training, and career preparation. ePortfolios have emerged as a powerful tool for both students and professionals, offering a structured platform to document growth, demonstrate competencies, and receive feedback from mentors and supervisors. This session positions ePortfolios as an innovative approach to leadership development, mentoring, and workforce training.

Attendees will gain insights into how ePortfolios can support career advancement by enabling individuals to reflect on their growth, curate evidence of their proficiencies, and align their experiences with the demands of the evolving public health workforce. Additionally, we will discuss how ePortfolios assist employers in identifying qualified candidates and tracking professional competencies over time. The session will feature examples of student and professional ePortfolios, demonstrating how they can be effectively utilized across career stages to showcase knowledge, skills, and achievements.
